“Contingency search” means the search is based on a Fee only paid upon successful Engagement of Candidate.
“Exclusive Contingency search” means the search is exclusive with the Recruiting Firm and one-quarter Fee is paid upon acceptance of the search, final remaining Fee paid upon successful Engagement of Candidate.
“Retainer search” means the search is exclusive with the Recruiting Firm and one-third Fee paid upon the agreed search instruction; one-third of Fee paid upon presentation of shortlisted candidates and the final remaining Fee upon successful Engagement of Candidate.
